Questions teams ask us
Is AI literacy training mandatory?
AI literacy is. Since 2 February 2025, the EU AI Act (Article 4) requires organisations that use AI to build their staff's AI literacy. The law sets no fixed course or format, but training is how most teams meet it, and our workshop is built around that duty. Article 4 explained.
Do we get proof for the AI Act?
Yes. After each workshop you receive an attendance record and a summary of what was covered, ready to file as part of your Article 4 documentation. The European Commission confirms that an internal record like this is enough; no certificate is required.
How long does it take?
A hands-on workshop takes half a day. A rollout takes 90 days, from first use case to daily habit.
What does a workshop cost?
A half-day workshop is €800 per workshop, excl. VAT. A rollout, keynote or retainer is priced after a short intro call, based on scope.
Where do you work?
On-site or remote. We're based in Amsterdam.
Which languages do you work in?
Dutch and English. And Python.
Which AI tools do you work with?
The ones your team already uses: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude. We train on your tools and licences, not ours. Models and agents are built on your existing data stack.
Which sectors do you work with?
Retail, e-commerce, food service and hospitality.
Will we depend on you or your platform?
No. We build models and agents on your own data stack, together with your team, so the capability lands with you.
How do you handle our data?
We work inside your environment, with your access rules, and only touch the data a use case needs. Nothing is copied to our own systems. We're happy to sign an NDA and a data processing agreement before we start.
Can you also build AI for us?
Yes. We build models and agents on your own data stack and keep them running on a retainer, with ongoing training as tools change.
